Bird without wings

Yet untitled.

i went in the woods

and i looked at the sky

i looked up at the sun

and the clouds way up high

i stared back to the ground

where was laying a bird

he was blue and quite pretty

singing songs yet unheard

so i took the bird with me

feeling happy inside

but i just realized

keeping him was not right

from the highest tree

i let him go with a sigh

the bird fell to the ground

where he lay and did die

i know its my fault

and i just cant deny

it was a bird without wings

and he just couldnt fly.
